Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:

- None

Call for opens:

Review of previous meeting minutes:

Lance Wang Minutes from the November 27 meeting were reviewed. Lance Wang moved
to approve.  Bob Ross seconded.  Without objection the minutes were approved.

ARs:

- Mike LaBonte to update IBISCHK700 contract using SAE template.
  - Done.

New IBISCHK bugs:
- Bob Ross said no new bugs had been reported.

IBISCHK615 parser development:
Bob Ross reported that the developer promised to send send by the weekend.  The
contracted delivery date was November 2, but there have been some delays both on the
delivery and review sides.

IBISCHK700 parser development:
Mike LaBonte showed IBISCHK700 Parser Contract draft 13, derived from a document
sent by SAE ITC.  He noted that it had been renamed an "agreement". Bob Ross said the
official name of the parser in the document should include "version 7.0.0".  BIRDs 194
and 196.1 were added to the list of BIRDs to address, and technical details for BIRD
196.1 were added.  The list of BUGs to address was emptied, because all new bugs were
addressed in 6.1.5.  In the 6.1.5 document, Bob's home address was used as the IBIS
address.  Since Mike will be signing, his address could be used.  The Exhibit A list of
"Proprietary Materials which do not qualify as works made for hire" was set to "None
applicable".  Bob suggested that we should reread the technical portion of the document.

AR: Mike LaBonte to send IBISCHK7 Parser Agreement draft 13 to Bob Ross and Lance Wang.

Bob Ross moved to adjourn. Lance Wang seconded. Without objection the meeting ended.
